Help with email outreach for SaaS Startup

Hey guys. Have been lurking for a while but now need help with our own email outreach campaign. My current efforts aren't really converting very well. High open rate, but not much beyond that. Would appreciate any insight or feedback.

We are a AI SaaS startup that allows our users to create synthetic videos of people talking without a camera. All that they need is a short video of the person they want talking and the audio or text they want them to say. Here is a short demo.

We are currently targeting small to medium sized blogs and websites that are regularly posting content related to their niche. The value proposition is that they can paste their article into our text-to-speech (or upload an audio file of someone reading it), and within a few minutes they will have a video of someone presenting their article. The belief is that this will make their content more accessible, drive higher engagement and shares, and create content for use elsewhere (social media, youtube, etc.)

Here is a screenshot of the general format I follow. I usually start with a personalized sentence specific to them or their content. Then I link them to a personalized video made through our website (usually I convert one of their recent articles/posts into a video and link this). Finally, I explain what I talked about in the paragraph above.

I usually follow up 2-3 days after, for those that have opened at least once. Usually offer to create their first video for them, or to walk them through the video creation process.

Have sent close to 100 emails like this over the past week. Pretty high open rate (89%). A few signups and replies here and there, but no one actively using the product. The plan was to funnel them to the free version of the product (5 vids per month) and then have them upgrade once they need to produce more than this. But this isn't working well right now.

Would appreciate any suggestions or feedback. Sorry for the wall of text. Hoping some of you made it this far. I think the product is useful for this demographic, but maybe an outsider can shed some light.
