Is it better/worse to get a lot of bounces in ONE campaign vs. the same amount spread over two or three?

I've an email list of around 50k from a 7-8 year old database, so I'm expecting to get a lot of bounces from it.

Question is, would it be better to get all those bounces in one email blast and clean up that list in one go, or to spread it out over a couple of days/campaigns?

Does it really make much difference? I know that at the end of the day our domain's bounce rate/health is the most important aspect, but just curious about what the optimal way of cleaning up that list would be.

Thanks!
