I hope someone here can help me or send me to someone who will be able to (even a website that might have information on my problem). When my customers are asking for a password reset, the email isn't coming through with their new password. Yet when I just sent any old email message from the same email address it comes through. I have tried this with both hotmail and yahoo. Yahoo never receives the password reset email meanwhile hotmail receives it sometimes. I have checked my sendscore IP score and it came back as 92. I don't receive failed to deliver emails (I used to). I use ovh to send my emails from and the free sendgrid service that I share an IP address on. I am not very technical so any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information, please ask.
