Mailchimp question: how to limit a user's access to 1 audience?

Hello,

I have a new staff member that needs access to a mailing list specific to one category of clients on Mailchimp. I don't want them to access the main mailing list, which is for ALL clients. I can't seem to find how to do this on Mailchimp (or via a Google search). Any suggestions?
