Hi all. I'm trying to find the right email automation software for a real estate platform where landlords create listings, and subsequently receive questions, messages, tour requests, applications, etc on those listings. We'd like to be able to trigger messages to landlords based on individual listing status (e.g. "<listing x> has been live for 30 days", "<listing x> has received 10 messages", etc) and an event on that listing (e.g. "you have received a message about <listing x>"). We'd also like to be send messages related to their overall activity (e.g. "you don't have any listings, create your first today", or "five of your listings have outstanding applications").
This use case seems fundamentally different from the standard e-commerce one, which targets the end consumer (demand side), and where users don't manage the inventory itself.
Any recommendations for an email automation platform well suited to this task? Many thanks.
