Is there a beginners guide or a road map to start a email marketing campaign? Like all the things I need to do and where to get the templates etc..

Looking to start email marketing to get some leads for myself but doing a lot of googling and getting overwhelmed.

I have my separate email set up & internal list. What's the best template or best practice for email? How many times a year?

Any plug and play template system I can pay for to just get started? I just want to get started.
