Currently I am using Constant Contact to manage my campaigns. One of the features shows who has unsubscribed from each campaign, open rate, etc. The thing is, we have a lot of campaigns being sent out daily and individually going into each campaign is inefficient. Is there are good website to use in order to get an unsubscriber report that shows which campaign they unsubscribed from the e-mail list and a reason why they decided to unsubscribe? Constant Contact does not currently have the feature to export a log containing reasons why they left the email list and specifically which campaign.
We have looked at MailChimp, but they do not seem to have the subscriber system we are looking for like the one described above.
You would think we the amount of companies and freelancers using these programs, someone would come up the idea to create a general unsubscriber log to provide information about who unsubscribed, why they did, and from which campaign or even just a basic who and why.
