Want to start to overhaul email for my organization. It's large org without any real email governance. So sending 150k+ email a month. No real set guidelines on who can send email, how often, type of content, etc. Almost no one looks at or is informed by the data. There are no journeys or pathways and the email feels disparate and random. Few are concerned with over-emailing.
Where would you start? What would your first steps be?
