I have a very niche email list (doctors interested in a specific topic) that seems well-engaged (50% open rates, 25% click rates). I use Mailchimp. I'd like to start a paid newsletter with extra content, it looks like Substack is the best option. I'll send frequent emails to the Substack group but also want one email/month to go to every subscribers I have in both groups.
Anyone know if there's an easy way to coordinate Substack and Mailchimp like this? Any tips on starting a paid newsletter?
