What do people think of the new Acoustic (previously known as IBM Watson)

I'm interviewing for a job as E-mail Coordinator and this is the platform they use. I'm unfamiliar with it but have been watching Youtube tutorials and thinks it looks pretty nice, pretty intuitive.
