Any opinions on using the same Constant Contact account for two seperate businesses owned by the same corporation?

We have a Constant Contact account for one of our businesses and are in the process of launching another business. It will be a completely different business with different products, customers, and an entirely different email list.

I am wondering if we could use the same Constant Contact account for the new business that we are using with the old. If we could would it even be worth it or would it make more sense to have two seperate accounts.

The only reason I'd want them on the same account is so I could manage the marketing all in one place. I'm also open to any other options that could achieve this.
