Limiting team access to a specific mailing list?

Hello,

My organization has a few mailing lists (on Mailchimp), including one massive one, which we don't want the full team to see or access. Is there an email marketing software that lets you limit permissions by list (aka 'Audiences' in Mailchimp). Example: we want events person Sally to have access to our Chicago vendor list, but not to the full USA list. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Mailchimp lets you do this.
