Spam Filtering within Banking Sector Impacting Metrics

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but here goes.

I work for a menswear retail brand in the CRM department. Over the last couple of weeks we've seen an increase in the ratio between Clicks and Unique Clicks. Rising from 2 to about 11.

Upon investigation, there are a number of accounts who click every link within our emails, all of which have company addresses. From this I expect that there is a new Spam Filtering tool on the market which is causing this, as it skews all our metrics (Bounce rate on Google Analytics is 96%+).

Has anyone had a similar issue or heard of anything like this?
