HubSpot - regular form MailChimp integration

Hi,

I working for a client that has preexisting contacts and campaigns in Mailchimp. They would like us to funnel the contacts from a form on HubSpot first (needs contact info these for scheduling). I have MailChimp integrated with HubSpot and tested everything with a non Hubspot form.

I can't seem to send contacts from a form built out in HubSpot to my audiences in MailChimp. It works perfectly fine on a non-HubSpot form.

Can anyone help resolve this issue?
