I use Send in Blue for our emails (spanishobsessed.com) - we use a combination of auto-respond series (which get awesome engagement) and occasional full list campaigns.
During our recent Black Friday sale, I noticed that our opens had slumped, and deliverability had gone off a cliff. Our emails were ending up in spam...
We've tried to keep to best practices, and certainly don't send any spam emails. All of our emails are opt-ins through our own site, we have our own dedicated IP, which has a high reputation.
I'm wondering if send volume and frequency are a factor? We are a little inconsistent in our sending, but in a sale week send 3-4 emails in a week. Could this land us in the spam filter?
All advice appreciated!
