There is tons of information online regarding ip warm-up strategies but I kind of think this is more or less a conspiracy theory. Different ESPs are recommending different tactics and approaches.
We are having issues with outlook delivery and finally decided to give it a proper chance.
The defer we are seing is "451 4.7.500 Server busy. Please try again later from [a.b.c.d]. (AS760)" which is a greylisting mechanism according to outlook postmaster.
If you have any tips or tricks for this I would really appreciate any input on this!
