Automated email reminder

I was wondering what the best way to send automated emails reminder to clients for yearly memberships. I’ve thought about using mail chimp or other email marketing software but I have some clients that have more than one of the same service for different companies. I currently bill via bank transfer or stripe so I don’t have an actual product/store. I just wanted to be able to send automated emails to clients and for them to reply back to the email, if they wish to renew. Maybe 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before
