I was scheduled to start my Kickstarter tomorrow. Since I have a small contact list of 2,500 I decided to use EmailOctopus. Big mistake. Long story short I did not know it was a provisional account. So after I started my first campaign, I did not send anything, just create a template, they kicked me out. I cannot log in so I cannot even export my damn list. Do not use EmailOctopus. So I need your advice. What is the best platform to use? I was going to go with ConstantContact but if there is something better please let me know. Should I use an email verification service? My emails are gathered from my LinkedIn contacts and all of my Google contacts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
