I have emails but what to do?

Hey guys,

Over the last few years I have amassed over 45k emails. I got these emails from selling my own products on my website as well as doing giveaways with other brands. Now for the dilemma. I don't know what I should do with these emails. I have been flagged on SendInBlue a few times now because there is a "high" number of unsubscribes (in reality its 2.1-2.3% when sending to small lists), I don't do spammy emails because I did that once when I had no clue what I was doing and was banned from another platform.

SO this brings me to this sub today asking for insight as to what I should do this year? Any recommendations would be great. I want to kick ass in 2020 and want to expand my understanding of email marketing more.
