What Are the Best Cold Email Software for Gsuite? 1000 Unique Recipient Per Month.

I'm a freelancer who offers SEO and web design services for business in my country, I manually research and collect email from local business directories and find those that meet my criteria (outdated website, bad website performance, etc..).

At the moment I'm using Gmelius to send campaigns with 6 follow-ups, so a total of 7 emails to a unique recipient. I only schedule to send at weekday, so on any given day, there'll be 50 first emails to new recipients and 300 emails that follow up with the previous recipients.

Although Gmelius does the work now, I'm looking for a better solution because Gmelius is bad at reporting and tracking, their analytics are just not useful. Also if there's a bounce email, out-of-office email or any soft and hard bounce, I'll have to manually remove the email from my list, and their interface makes it so hard to remove the email.

Currently, I'm comparing these few products and hoping someone with experience can help me choose one:

  • Mailshake $40/mo (I like the simple UI, however heard someone say the email goes into spam a lot of time.)
  • Woodpecker.co $40/mo (Human-like sending delay between emails helps? Soft/Hardbounce detection sounds helpful)
  • Reply.io $55/mo (limits 1000 contact each month)
  • Gmass $20/mo (Mixed review)
  • Lemlist $49/mo (they claimed their inbox rate is high, and spambox is low)

Ultimately I'm trying to increase open and reply rate, which means tools with a good statistic report and tracking that I can act on and A/B testing is a plus, I also hope to get my email to send into their inbox instead of spam. (btw I'm using TheChecker for email validation)
