How do I setup Gsuite/Gmail for newsletters?

I am new to email marketing and I need the basics to be in place, in order to begin.

As I am to create my first email campaign, I am unsure how I should manage the newsletters in Gsuite/Gmail. I can see two ways of handling this, but I can't any recommendations, whether one of these is even a good choice.

  • I could have a dedicated email for newsletters and by that a dedicated user in Gsuite. But will a newly created email affect opening rates, and can I set up another email for replies, or would I just forward any replies, should there be any?
  • I'm thinking if it is possible to have a Gsuite group as a sender, and if so, would that affect openings rates?

So, what is the best setup in gsuite/gmail for handling newsletters?

Please save me from my ignorance.
