We are using Salesforce marketing cloud and we are using their email editor with pre-coded blocks that some consultant had done. We are not happy with the blocks nor the marketing cloud email editor.
I am now looking at other options or 3rd party providers that you can easily compose emails (drag n drop blocks) and up to date optimized for almost every devices, then import them to Salesforce. For example https://designmodo.com/postcards/

I want to know if anyone has found great work progress and efficient way to create email campaigns with Salesforce?
