If anyone here has used emailonacid or litmus to test emails in different clients, os, devices, etc... outlook is likely to be your problem.
I have worked tirelessly to get it to be "good enough" in outlook, so that the end user can understand and still get the content of the email, but it isn't exactly the prettiest compared to other clients.
How many people are ok with outlook formatting being "good enough" and focusing more time on content creation instead? It seems endless and nearly impossible to make it look normal (like it would in gmail)
