We are changing over to the seemingly preferred method in Mailchimp of having one single audience that is then divided using a combination of tags, segments and groups. However, how can a user unsubscribe from our newsletter but still receive product updates? Once they unsub, they are off the audience. As far as I can see they can't just unsub from one certain tag or group.
