How do I make sure my cold emails do not end up in the spam folder?

Hi there,

I am starting my first business (a directory for tattoo shops) and my website has launched last week. I am going to send a cold email to all tattoo shops in the Netherlands (1000 companies) to claim their free business account on my website.

One of the things I worry about is ending up in the spam folder of my clients. I have hired a freelancer to write the email, so the content shouldn't be spammy. But what other measures do I need to take to make sure my email won't end up in spam?

As I am totally new to this, all advice is appreciated :)
