Is there a master DNC list in Campaign Monitor? Seems crazy that there wouldn’t be.

Working with Campaign Monitor as of the past few months and having trouble recently. We use an API to connect from our internal database to CM.

The trouble is, I can locate the unsubscribe list from every campaign/blast, but no master DNC?? That means, after every email I need to update the master Campaign Monitor list AND manually update our internal database. Seems crazy for a platform as big as CM. Am I missing something? Thanks!
