Mailchimp issue with creating bullet points

Hey guys, been using MC for awhile now and never had this issue before so I'm stumped.

I'm creating an email with "Code your own" so it's all HTML. I'm trying to make bullet points but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?
