I'll make this as straight to the point as possible.
I started a mask and personal protection equipment company with all inventory in the US. We have high-quality masks and gloves that are shipped to our customers in 2-3 days, and our pricing is some of the best (if not the best) in the market. This offer is very appealing to everyone in the US right now.
I have a few e-commerce stores of my own in completely unrelated niches (beauty, outdoors). I sent some emails marketing this new company to them, and saw surprising results and a significant conversion rate. This indicates to me that this offer is appealing to anyone in the US, as masks + PPE are mandated in most states.
I want to open this up to allow anyone with a significant US customer email list to market to for a commission. I already have the affiliate system in place, which is being used by on-the-ground sales people throughout the US.
My question is, what steps should I take to protect myself in regards to CAN-SPAM and keeping my domain out of spam folders?
I've been actively seeking help, but its difficult to be sure that someone isn't trying to scam me and is going to blast my domain out to a million person email list (potentially illegally) and destroy my domain.
Thank you in advance for any guidance!
