I don't know if it's possible, but is there a way to track if emails are going to spam?
I'm analyzing our quarterly email numbers and I see a significant two month dip in opens and the only way I can explain it is if they went to spam. The CTO rates skyrocketed, artificially, but the opens plummeted to less than 1000 people.
Any insights or help?
