Do you lot try and analyse the emails that have been sent to you like offers and promotions?

I am trying to learn more about email marketing and now and again I would look at emails that were sent to my personal account from Dominos, Medium and a lot more and see what time do they send their campaigns. I ask questions to myself like how do they think of the best time and what am I listed in their audience and so on. I am just wondering do any of you lot think like this or analyse emails that have been sent to you. And did/ have you learned from this?

One thing I am amazed is Deliveroo email. Just ordered food and got an email from them about my order details and some offer if I recommend to a friend. Just the usual stuff you would get from confirmed order. However, there was something that caught my eye straight away - they have managed to do a CSS animation on the email of a driver on a moped driving with smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. How did they do this? Especially on Gmail as I thought Gmail was strict on CSS keyframes animation? It looks amazing and something I would like to try to do for my campaigns. Create some great CTA (CSS/animations/ keyframes effects)
