I'm trying to find an email list to market to. I dont really understand the process, especially if companies like Mail Chimp dont allow you to send out emails on a bought email list. I'm looking to buy from a company called Exact Data, but once I have an email list do I need special software? Especially if the list is 50,000 people? Thanks in advance!
