Connecting Vimeo email capture to Active Campaign

Hello all,

I was hoping to get some help or insight to setting up an automation to send email captures from the end of vimeo videos to our active campaign account.

Active Campaign isn't on the list of ESPs that they connect with out of the box and I couldn't find a zapier connection that did it.

I noticed that they have an end screen call to action option where you can add text to the final screen of the video. It does accept html and css within style tags or inline css so I tried to create an optin form on active campaign to embed in the text option on vimeo but vimeo apparently doesn't allow javascript unless there's a way around that?

Anyone know of a way I can send the email captures to my active campaign account?
