Hey guys. I'm not sure if this is the correct sub for this but please feel free to delete if it isn't.
I signed up for Mailchimp's standard subscription ($15.99 a month) 2 days ago. I integrated it with ClickFunnels and then I started working on my first campaign.
I woke up yesterday to an Omnivore warning (basically Mailchimp saying I violated their terms of service). I only had 5 contacts on my list (all of which were my own email accounts) and only sent 1 test email that was just a greeting.
I contacted Mailchimp about it and they said there's nothing I can do about this and I should "take my business to another vendor". They refused to refund me since I "violated their TOS".
Is there anything I can do? I know a good amount of people won't believe my stance, but I would have absolutely no reason to complain if I had violated their terms. Hell, I wish they would atleast tell me what they think I did?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
