PSA: Do not use Klaviyo --- what's a better alternative?

I had the worst experience with Klaviyo just now.

I've had the account for about 2 months, collecting e-mails from my blog readers. Kind of like what Tim Ferriss does with his 5 Bullet Friday.

I finally decided to send out my first campaign.

The campaign included 2 affiliate links to amazon for 2 different books.

Then, instead of sending out the campaign, my account got suspended and they wanted me to answer a long list of 16 security questions to keep using the service.

I had timed the campaign and this messed up my whole timing.

Upset, I sent them an e-mail, but figured that I might as well run a campaign on Instagram for my audience to keep building the list.

Turns out that the suspended account also disabled people from signing up to my list, essentially ruining my campaign.

I sent them an e-mail asking what kind of a service they're running since they could have asked for all that information earlier and there was no indications that they disabled all my sign up forms.

As a reaction to that they deleted my whole account, essentially locking me out from my whole list that I built there. They claimed that I violated their TOS, just linking me to the general page, and no further explanations.

TL;DR: Don't use Klaviyo.

Also, I am now looking for a better alternative.
