We recently sent out information on a Webinar to 212 contacts (via mailchimp) that we had initially obtained from past contest entrees. We had a 99.1% delivery rate, but only 40 opens out of 212 individuals and only one person clicked into the form link- of which zero agreed to participate in the campaign.
I believe we are going about this wrongly, what can we do to improve?
