Due to covid, my job role has changed towards email marketing, I work in a design agency and I’m new to email marketing. I recently sent out an email towards dormant customers. The email had a 100% deliverability, however the open rate was 19% and no click through (The list is quite small at 32 individuals). I was wondering if anyone could suggest how to get a bit better open rate? And where people learnt how to do email marketing?
Any help would be extremely appreciated, thank you.
