How do you figure out what time to send your emails?

The vast majority of my opens are within the first hour of sending. (~80-90%)

Therefore, timing my emails correctly seems to be extremely important.

What tools/techniques do you guys suggest for testing this out?

Also, how much of an issue is it that my emails are getting 80-90% of their opens in the first hour? I'm guessing that means my emails are getting buried in people's inboxes?

Any tips on fixing that?
