HEY EVERYONE!
Anyone else having this happen and/or could you please explain it to me. MailChimp is showing in their tracking that emails are being opened ONE MINUTE before they are sent. Upon contacting the contact, they claim to have never even seen the email at all.
I have begun placing a lot of follow up calls and am surprised at how many emails show being opened but NOT even seen.
