Need some suggestions

Hello,

We're a startup and have our own website. We want to start sending emails to 100 different users a day with our intro/offer email but we're worried it would end up in spam.

Can you kindly help me understand what shall we do to land properly in inbox? I have setup SPF, DKIM, DMARC records properly.

Can we use AWS services to send bulk emails?

Any help and suggestions for ESP providers would be appreciated.
