I just started a new marketing job today. After going through Constant Contact training a lot of it just isn't working. The company has about 53,000 email address but only about 3,000 of them opted in. There is also a 93% unopened rate and only a 3% click through rate.
Anything I do will be an improvement but I am not sure where to start. I think a should fix the list first but I am not sure what that process would be.
Any advice is welcomed!
