I haven't used email marketing services (like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) in a few years, and I need to create a new email newsletter for a client who has a small email distribution list (under 500). What service would be most economical for that, and also allow great design flexibility to customize the look of the emails?
Also looking for one that has high deliverability rates, and it's a plus if you can pay by the email or by the campaign rather than pay by a monthly subscription, since this will be a quarterly newsletter. Is there any service that you recommend that fits all or most of those requirements?
