I've noticed a high unsubscribe rate on my email list and am trying to find better ways to keep people's attention & subscriptions. Part of the problem is that I do not send emails very often... but a bigger issue is providing value to keep them engaged.
My brand is not corporate, so white papers and anything too office-oriented won't work with them.
Any tips on better ways to provide value and incentivize subscribers?
