700 subs and not much of a plan. What would you do?

I own an online tool that performs a simple (and free) service in a tech-related niche. I have about 700 subscribers who have downloaded a lead-magnet on the site, but I've never emailed them.

I operate a serviced based business in the same niche and could perhaps eventually pitch relevant services to them, or try something affiliate related?

I want some inspiration for making the most of this asset, for them and I :) Thank you in advance
