Do new email addresses affect deliverability?

I want to have my email newsletter sent from a new email address (hello@) rather than my personal business (jon@). Both emails are on the same domain

Does this affect deliverability since the new email has never been used? Or what's the best approach to do this if I don't want my personal email to be used?
