As the title asks, i took the past couple of years off - in the meantime i developed a few landing pages on autopilot and got approximately 35million double-verified general consumer leads (North America).
It's been years since I've run a CPA email campaign but what network, if any, is the best anymore for offering CPA email campaign assets (Creative/Code, From Name List, Subject List, etc.) of advertised products that fit the "general consumer" niche? I'm trying to find one that I could grab some cpa offers from and just load them straight into my mailer to these leads.
