Let's say it's some B2B mailing to CEOs.
I have an email tracker and I find it strange how some people will open an email multiple times (at different times of day or different days even) but won't reply to it. I would have thought that if someone reads an email multiple times, they would be likely to at least reply. But I'm no email marketer so maybe you guys know better.
Does anyone else encounter this and what causes it? Thanks.
