Hi there! I handle business development at a video production company and I send super personalized pitch decks as Google Drive links (linked to an image of the front page of their custom pitch deck) to large batches of recipients.
I send batches of 50-100 and am looking for a tracking and personalization software, but can't find anything that also really easily offers individualization on a large scale. Yesware is the closest I've gotten, but I hate the interface and I think it's massively lacking in ease of use. The process takes even longer than if I just sent individual emails in Gmail. Is it really my best option?
I'm looking for something that will track email and link clicks and automatically personalize my emails with the recipient's name and company name in the generic email body and subject line, while also being able to drag and drop their custom image and link as easily as possible. I'm not sure if this is an insane and impossible ask, or if I'm just not looking in the right places.
I figured I'd ask here instead of signing up for free trials for dozens of programs. I appreciate any advice, thanks!
