Need opinions on my email campaign results

Hello Everyone,

I got a new project where I need to reach out to celebrities and influencers. I got the data from someone that scraped data from anyone in UK that has over 100K followers.

Contains a lot of trash but also celebrities and influencers.

Anyway, I did an a/b test with 150 leads (I have at least 50K in total) .

Email A: Open rate 61%, Click rate 4%, reply rate 4% (Replies are not really relevant for this campaign, link clicks are)

Email B: Open rate 53%, Click rate 2%, reply rate 14%

I especially want some opinions on the open rate and click rate. I think I know why click rate is low, I just have a text like this; ''Click here to sign up or for more information''

I mind want to change this to an actual colored button to increase CTR.

Please let me know what you think of these stats and how I can improve
