Should i be worried about using Mailchimp for an affiliate blog?

I know Mailchimp doesn't allow affiliate marketing, but they do allow for affiliate links which are quite similar.

I'll mainly be promoting the best blog posts for the month, and occasional sales from my top affiliates.

I'm a beginner so i don't know how to use Amazon SES + Sendy etc. 2000 emails for free from Mailchimp is very beneficial, but not if i get banned..

Any recommendations here? Thanks
