Should my email sign up form ask for "work email," "best email," or just "email" ?

Creating an email newsletter sign up form for the homepage of a business website...is asking for a "work email" a smart move? How about "your best email" ? Also, does sending to corporate email addresses vs Gmail, etc. affect deliverability? Thanks !
